"Although I have a client/service data background and have only very recently become involved in workforce data (and concepts of planning), the two days have consolidated a lot of reading and learning I have been undertaking. Would be good also to know more about private - can I suggest as an example SP AusNet in Victoria - they have underpinned an assay of ‘employer of choice’ initiatives with detailed WP."

"I found the conference fantastic and very informative and feel more prepared to work up a W/F Planning in my company.
- Feel the conference could have possibly been fit into one day with the day presentations taking place in the morning with the presentations being slightly shorter and the practical training session in the afternoon. Possibly have poster presentations for a number of the case studies to maintain the range of programs outlined.
- Provide contact details of participants of the conference to aid networking after the conference.
- Provide presentation slides within conference path for note taking during the conference.
- Found the conference very relaxed (possibly a benefit of having it over two days)
- Conference facilities very good, set up good, food good and location good.
- Conference provided practical help along with provoking ideas of how we can move forward with this important project.
